Coldplay has Coded Album Cover?

Thursday Jun 9, 2:41 PM ET

LONDON - Popular British Band Coldplay launched their new album with a cover that had almost cryptic images and multicolored symbols. Could this be some kind of code? It is rumored that CSIS has secret lines of communications that involved colors and sequences with real time world event that are scheduled to happen in future. Could this be something similar?

Coldplay X&Y album cover

Their album was released Tuesday and is quickly becoming a fast seller at multiple retail chains. It is common knowledge as well that governments with important secrets to hide choose the most obvious and public venues to communicate them to their agents. Is New Music the choice of these government agencies? And if so which ones?

Art experts are analyzing these images in a attempt to decrypt some sort of message. The band coldplay is said to be " Politically Active " however they list several websites on the inside of the cover. In general it seems their position is about Fair trade and with that said lets hope they meant the softwood lumber industry and the removal of Canadian tariffs.

Roh Mo-hyun Arrived in Washington for meeting with Bush

South Korean President Roh Moo-hyun and wife

WASHINGTON - South Korean President Roh Moo-hyun meets with President George Bush for a meeting regarding North Korea's nuclear aims and how to better approach them in the days to come.

North and South Korea's differences stretch beyond the present nuclear crisis since the alliance between the two countries are straining as Roh's leadership is more on Reform and North Korea is still a strong communist Government. This might be indication that the South might be considering breaking the alliance if things start to go (South) excuse the pun between North Korea and the United States.

The meeting will be to discuss the potential that North Korea might be ready to test a nuclear weapon. The meeting will be only about 1 hour followed by lunch. These talks should help indicate a strong agreement on the issue regarding nuclear weapons production.

North Korea is still sitting on a 6 Country Boycott of diplomatic discussions regarding nuclear weapons and both the U.S. and S.Korea hope that N.Korea comes back to the discussion table regarding these weapons.

Even more unsettling was a comment made by North Korean Vice Foreign Minister Kim Kye-gwan stating Pyongyang had enough atomic bombs to defend itself against a U.S. attack and is currently building more.

College Kids the Silent economic powerhouse

Thursday June 9, 3:59 PM PST

New York - University and College students are usually thought as being among very economically deprived people. However a look at statistics for 2005 indicates a different story. Almost eighteen million or about 50 percent are working class students, receiving steady paychecks which means their a viable economic resource.

Most students polled in this 2005 poll done by a group of university students spread across the U.S. said that they paid little attention to the cost of items before a purchase. Some students at the University of Maryland stated that " they made hasty choices financially ".

College Students getting richer

Some students are working two jobs and 5 percent polled made almost 40 K a year. These are startling statistics but with the growing cost of tuition this is the new trend among the students. Female students in general reported spending excessive amounts on CDs, DVDs, and clothing being the most popular.

With a 35 percent drop out rate in vocational schools it would seem consistent that the college students are entering the workforce at a higher wage even without finishing college due to a strengthening U.S. economy.

So much for the "blue collar" workers I think the next stop is gold and platinum.
